What happens when AI isn't sure?

Check, validate, regenerate, refuse. If a violation persists, DentAIQ does not return the unsafe record. Fail closed. Not forward.

Clinical truth has a boundary

DentAIQ applies explicit controls against unsupported clinical content. Subjective and Objective documentation are constrained to clinician-supplied information. Assessment and Plan may be knowledge-assisted and remain subject to clinician review.

Zero retention

Clinical content is processed, not stored. No clinical repository exists and clinical content is not used to train or fine-tune models. Generation metadata only — timestamp, mode, outcome, refusal category, validation attempt count, attestation metadata, account identifier and a one-way SHA-256 fingerprint — is retained for up to 12 months and then purged.

The clinician remains the author

DentAIQ does not diagnose, triage, prescribe or replace the authoritative EMR. Every output is an unsigned draft reviewed, corrected and signed by the treating clinician.

What we have not claimed

No SOC 2 certification. No ISO 27001 certification. No independent clinical validation. No medical-device certification. No guarantee of zero hallucinations. No claim that AI replaces clinician review.
